Once you make a reservation with us through any of these methods, our terms and conditions are considered accepted. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTo confirm a booking, a deposit of at least 50% of the total stay cost<\/strong> must be paid. Only after this payment is your reservation officially confirmed.             \u00a0Important Notice \u2013 Exceptional Circumstances<\/h3>

            In the event that Bohemian Homes is unable to provide accommodation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Bohemian Homes reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations.<\/p>

            Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>

            • legal, regulatory, or administrative restrictions (including changes in local laws, permits, or authority decisions)<\/li>
            • natural events or environmental conditions (such as storms, floods, fires, or other natural disasters)<\/li>
            • public safety concerns, including war, civil unrest, or local disorder<\/li>
            • utility failures, infrastructure issues, or other events affecting the safe operation of the property<\/li>
            • any other unforeseen events that make it impossible or unlawful to host guests<\/li><\/ul>

              In such cases:<\/p>

              • Guests will receive a full refund of all payments made<\/strong><\/li>
              • Bohemian Homes shall not be held liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages related to the cancellation (including travel expenses or alternative accommodation arrangements)<\/li><\/ul>
